Benita Wilson Dick, Epsilon Delta, University of Texas at Austin
Foundation Board President, Benita Wilson Dick, has been a member of the Foundation Board since 2001, serving as both Vice President and President. Benita’s Fraternity experience as past International Vice President-Membership, Distinguished Citizen Chairman, third alternate Delegate to NPC, Area Supervisor, Centennial Chairman and Province Director Alumnae provide her with much Alpha Gam expertise. For her service to the Fraternity, Benita was awarded the Crescent with Diamonds in 2006.
Holding a Bachelor of Journalism in Advertising and Public Relations and a BS in Dental Hygiene, Benita works part-time as a Dental Hygienist and assists her husband, David, with his real estate consulting firm and commercial surveying company. In Dallas, Benita serves on the Knife and Fork Board, is the current Treasurer of Trippers, a member of 4 ballroom dance clubs, the Daughters of the American Revolution and a Dallas Theater Center Benefactor and Guild member. Benita and her husband of over 30 years, David, have two Alpha Gam daughters, both members of Upsilon Chapter, University of Oklahoma.

Debbie Douglass Roth, Omega, University of Akron
Foundation Board Vice President, Debbie Douglass Roth, has served on the Foundation Board since 2004 and presently serves as Chairman of the Continuing Education Grant Selection, Collegiate Giving and Chapter/Club Programming Committees, and as member of the Convention and Partnership Committees. For her past Fraternity service as Area Coordinator Alumnae and Province Director Alumnae, Debbie wears the Crescent, awarded to her in 2006. Debbie brings a university perspective to the Foundation through her past service as National Alumni Board President and Greek Alumni Society President of the University of Akron. With a BA in Fine & Applied Arts in Foods and Nutrition, Debbie is employed by Stark County Educational Service Center as their Early Childhood Nutritionist. Presently, Debbie is the Co-President of North Canton YMCA Gymnastic Boosters, a Girl Scout Leader, Advisor for Omega Chapter and a member of Christ Presbyterian Church. Debbie is married to Andy, has a 14 year old daughter Jillian, and a 21½ year old cat, Jenna.

Patricia Tulley Riddiford, Beta Iota, Eastern Illinois University
Foundation Board Treasurer, Pat Tulley Riddiford, has served on the Foundation Board since 2004. A BA in Business Administration and involvement in the financial management of her family’s construction company for the past 20 years provide Pat with the experience to serve as Chairman of the Foundation’s Finance and Fraternity Grant Selection Committees and as a member of the Investment and Partnership Committees. Pat is an active member and past President of the Fox Valley Alumnae Club and wears the Arc, awarded in 2006 for her service to the Fraternity. Her Alpha Gam experience has included serving as Province Director-Alumnae, Local Arrangements Chairman for Convention 2004 in Chicago, Alumnae Development Committee Member and now as Treasurer for the Foundation. In Chicago, Pat has been involved with the local hospital auxiliary and with Holy Name Cathedral. Pat is married to George; they have 2 sons and four granddaughters.

Peggy Kuebler Field, Alpha Beta, University of Michigan
Foundation Board Secretary, Peggy Kuebler Field, has served on the Foundation Board since 2005. Peggy also serves as the Foundation’s liaison to the Leadership Institute- Women with Purpose Board, Chairman of both the SIS (Sisters Income Supplement) Program and A-Team Committees, as well as a member of the Continuing Education and Philanthropy Grant Selection Committees. Her business experience, many levels of service to the Foundation and Fraternity, and involvement with the Foundation’s Capital Campaign allow Peggy to bring a wealth of knowledge to the Foundation Board. Peggy holds a degree in nursing, is a proprietor of Emptynest Antiques, and is active in the Houston Alumnae Club. Wearing the Arc of Diamonds and Pearl, awarded in 2004 for her service to the Fraternity, Peggy is married to John and has three children and two grandchildren, Madeleine and Adam.

Gail Calkins Duree, Epsilon Gamma, University of Denver
Foundation Board Trustee, Gail Calkins Duree, has served on the Foundation Board since 2005. Presently, Gail serves as an independent Director of New Covenant Mutual Funds and Treasurer of a multi-million dollar corporation. Holding an MBA from the University of Denver, Gail serves as the Foundation’s Chairman for the Investment and Personnel Committees and as a member of the Finance and Scholarship Grant Selection Committees. Her mentor and mother, Lois Braden Calkins, graduated from Illinois Wesleyan, Xi Chapter, where she later established a scholarship. Her contribution to the ΑΓΔ Foundation began with her interest in leadership training for all sisters, and resulted in an endowment for such training at both Xi and Epsilon Gamma Chapters and contributions to our Leadership Institute-Women with Purpose. Gail and her family live in Denver, Colorado.

Deborah Schmidt Eschenbacher, Zeta, Ohio University
Foundation Board Trustee, Deborah Schmidt Eschenbacher, has served on the Foundation Board since 2004. As one of the first students to graduate with a Master’s Degree in Philanthropic Studies, Deborah’s current experience as a professional fundraising consultant brings a wealth of knowledge and resources to the Foundation. Deborah serves the Foundation as Chairman of the Board Education Committee, Co-Chairman of the Strategic Planning for Fundraising Committee and member of the Program Audit, Personnel Review and Chapter/Club Programming Committees. Deborah teaches a variety of courses, specifically the Developing Major Gifts course for The Fund Raising School at Indiana University’s Center of Philanthropy. She wears the Arc of Epsilon Pi for her service to the Dallas Alumnae Club and remains active in her community, volunteering her time and resources to a number of local philanthropic causes. With an undergraduate degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology, Deborah has a lifelong interest in improving educational opportunities for children.

Jackie Brannon Stutts, Gamma Delta, Auburn University
Foundation Board Trustee and Fraternity International President, Jackie Brannon Stutts, serves as the Fraternity’s representative to the Foundation’s Board of Trustees. Jackie also serves the Foundation as member of the Continuing Education Grant Selection, SIS (Sisters Income Supplement) Program and Partnership Committees. Jackie brings a unique experience to the Foundation with current/past service on all three Alpha Gam related boards: the Fraternity, Foundation and as past Vice President and President of the Leadership Institute-Women with Purpose. Jackie has a BS in Pharmacy and presently works as a Relief Retail Pharmacist in Tuscumbia, Alabama and teaches anatomy/physiology to local high school seniors. Jackie’s Alpha Gam experience has also included service as Finance Advisor, House Association Treasurer, Finance Committee Member, Chairman/Director of Finance, Director of Collegiate Operations and International Vice President-Collegians. She wears the Crescent of Epsilon Pi, for her service to the Fraternity. Jackie is married to Larry; they have four children, three of which are girls and Alpha Gams from Auburn University.
