Foundation Receives Recognition
the Foundation at the awards banquet
The Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation received 2 of the 21 awards presented at THE Foundation Seminar. The Foundation Seminar was established in 1989 to assist fraternity foundations staff and volunteers as an educational opportunity as well as a recognition opportunity.
The 2005 annual meeting was attended by over 60 men’s and women’s fraternities. At this meeting, a banquet was held to recognize outstanding achievements in areas of programming and fundraising. The Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation received the following awards:
Annual Campaign - Best Non-Direct Mail Package
This was for a “Year in Review” mailing which was sent to 240 alumnae (current Jewel Society members and lapsed Jewel Society members) to give them a brief overview of how money was spent on various Foundation programs.
Donor Education/Relations - Best e-Brochure
In 2005, we began a public relations campaign about the Foundation. We contracted to create a new public relations program that would share the Foundation's mission and programs by utilizing real stories from beneficiaries of three of our key programs that would be sent to our members over the Internet.

Foundation Makes Giving Easy
Did you know the Foundation has a monthly giving option available for donors? This will allow you to make your annual gift convenient by having your credit card charged monthly. This can also allow you to make a larger annual gift possible by dividing your contribution into convenient monthly payments.
How can you benefit?
Save postage! Save time! Avoid check charges! You set the date of your monthly gift. You set the schedule of automatic payments. If your goal is to become a member of the Foundation’s Jewel Society, you can do this by making monthly gifts of $41.67 throughout the fiscal year!
Your monthly gifts can be set up in the amount you prefer. There is a minimum of $10 per month for a $120 per year giving plan.
Easy to start. Go to the Online Giving Form, complete the “Donor Information” section, enter the amount you want us to charge each month, and in the description field, type “Charge my card monthly”. You may also contact the Foundation office directly to set up your monthly giving.
Easy to stop. Write the Foundation or e-mail cfedor@alphagammadelta.org and your automatic gifts will be stopped.
Easy to change your giving amount. If you want to increase (or decrease) your monthly gift amount, simply write the Foundation or e-mail cfedor@alphagammadelta.org with your instructions.
